$\"johnnycecottojr_089600\"$ <\/a>La escuder\u00eda italiana Trident Motorsport en la que compite Johnny Amadeus Cecotto, emiti\u00f3 el mi\u00e9rcoles un comunicado en el que informa que este fin de semana en Silverstone, Inglaterra, ser\u00e1 la \u00faltima presentaci\u00f3n del piloto venezolano para la formaci\u00f3n dirigida por Maurizio Salvadori en la categor\u00eda GP2 Series, antesala de la F\u00f3rmula 1.<\/p>\n

Trident Motorsport comunica que, luego de una serie de evaluaciones, ha decido tomar parte en la carrera de Silverstone una vez m\u00e1s con Johnny Cecotto. Esta decisi\u00f3n se produce por el hecho de resultar imperdonable el interrumpir la temporada de Johnny quien en este momento se encuentra en la tercera posici\u00f3n en la clasificaci\u00f3n general con reales y s\u00f3lidas posibilidades de alcanzar la victoria final.<\/p>\n

Hasta el momento, el equipo Trident ha sostenido financieramente los costos de participaci\u00f3n de Johnny al confiar en sus habilidades conductivas, las que como nunca antes, han alcanzado un nivel tan elevado. Todo se ha realizado hasta el momento con la esperanza de que Johnny fuese capaz de recuperar el presupuesto necesario para poder continuar con el campeonato, algo que, desafortunadamente, hasta el momento no ha sido posible.<\/p>\n

Al mismo tiempo, me veo forzado a comunicar que la de Inglaterra ser\u00e1 la \u00faltima carrera que el equipo podr\u00e1 contar con Johnny una vez que se han agotado las posibilidades de hacerlo competir con nuestros recursos.<\/p>\n

Espero que este problema pueda ser resuelto a la brevedad, esto es a fines de la pr\u00f3xima semana, fecha final que ser\u00e1 la definitiva para decidir acerca del desarrollo del campeonato.<\/p>\n

Todo esto con la esperanza que este comunicado de prensa pueda sintetizar la responsabilidad de las partes a tomar una urgente y oportuna decisi\u00f3n, porque impedir a Johnny Cecotto la posibilidad de ganar este campeonato ser\u00eda algo que nunca antes ha ocurrido en el automovilismo.<\/p>\n

Trident Motorsport communicates that, after a series of evaluations, it has decided to take part in the Silverstone race once again with Johnny Cecotto. This decision comes to life from the fact that it would be unforgivable to interrupt the season with Johnny who at the moment is in 3rd place position in the general classification with real and solid possibilities toward the final victory.<\/p>\n

The team has until now financially sustained the costs of Johnny\u2019s championship, with the awareness if his abilities that, never before, have been so highlighted. Everything has proceeded until now in the hopes that Johnny would be able to recover the necessary funding in order to proceed in the championship that, unfortunately, have not been attained as of yet.<\/p>\n

At the same time, I am forced to communicate that this is the last race that the team will be able to have Johnny carry out seeing that by now, we have run out of our resources.<\/p>\n

I hope that this problem can be resolved shortly, that is by the end of next week, which is our deadline in order to decide if to proceed with the championship.<\/p>\n

Everything in the hope that this press release can sensitize the responsible party to urgently make the opportune decision because depriving Johnny Cecotto the possibility in winning this championship would be something which has never happened before in motorsport.<\/p>\n
